Article with a review of seven years intermediate professional art education and the challenges ahead. In 2000 Arthur de Bussy took the initiative for arts education at intermediate level. This article was published in Boekman Cahier 73. The first copy was presented in 2008 to Vincent Assink, chair of the arts sector advisory council of the Dutch government.

De Bussy Consult analysed the reasons of the decline of the earlier flourishing Pavarotti Music Centre in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina. Another assignment followed to revitalise the institute. De Bussy Consult designed an interactive project which resulted in a widely acknowledged business plan and an activity plan, drawn and calculated by employees. Esser & Partners cooperated for the financial parts. Vulnerable financial data have been removed from this public versions.
